Kawasaki Z ER650GHF 650
ECU Chiptuning Performance Results
Estimated power and torque gains after Stage 1 ECU remapping
Torque Nm
Estimated Stage 1 gains are calculated from stock values using an approximate 20% increase. Actual performance improvements may vary depending on vehicle condition, fuel quality, hardware configuration and operating environment.
Kawaaki Z ER650GHF chip tuning is a precise adjustment of the motorcycle’s electronic control unit (ECU) to achieve optimal engine performance and responsiveness. For the 2017 Kawaaki model with a Z ER650GHF engine and a Deno 21175-1194 ECU utilizing a Micro ECU processor, we perform a detailed analysis of current operating parameters. ECU remapping allows for the correction of fuel maps, ignition timing, and other critical parameters affecting performance.
Our goal is not simply to increase power, but to achieve a smoother and more predictable engine response to the throttle, improve its elasticity, and make motorcycle control more enjoyable. We understand that reliability is as important to the motorcycle as maximum power of 50 KW. Therefore, during the optimization process, special attention is paid to protecting the engine and transmission from increased loads.
AutoChip.lv guarantees that the changes to the ECU operation will not reduce engine life, but rather allow it to operate in the most efficient mode. Improved engine response and optimized torque of 66 NM will make driving more confident and controlled in all conditions. We remove errors and limitations embedded in the factory firmware to unlock the potential of the Kawaaki Z ER650GHF engine. Kawaaki Z ER650GHF chip tuning.
