A dynamometer (Dyno) is the only way to determine the real power and torque your vehicle actually produces. We perform measurements on a 4WD all-wheel-drive dyno with a load-controlled brake, which allows us to obtain highly accurate data even for high-power and AWD vehicles.

What does a dyno power test show?

Why does the dyno result differ from factory specifications?

How long does a dyno session take?
A standard dyno session usually takes 20–40 minutes. The duration depends on vehicle setup, warm-up time and the number of test runs.
Is dyno testing safe for the engine and transmission?
Yes, provided the vehicle is mechanically sound. Testing is performed under controlled load conditions. The goal is safe and stable measurement — not pushing the engine beyond safe limits.
Why can’t you test vehicles with studded tires?
Studded tires can damage the dyno rollers and create excessive vibration, posing a safety risk. Testing is therefore only performed with non-studded tires.
Do you provide dyno graphs and reports?
Yes. After the test you receive detailed power and torque graphs. We can also explain how to interpret the curves and what changed during tuning.
Why can results differ between different dynos?
Differences may occur due to correction standards, load methodology, cooling efficiency, tire pressure, vehicle strapping and environmental conditions. For objective comparison, always test before and after on the same dyno.
