ECU Chiptuning Performance Results
Estimated power and torque gains after Stage 1 ECU remapping
Torque Nm
Estimated Stage 1 gains are calculated from stock values using an approximate 20% increase. Actual performance improvements may vary depending on vehicle condition, fuel quality, hardware configuration and operating environment.
Chip tuning for the Wetern tar erie 2010 5700 XE involves precise recalibration of the engine’s electronic control unit (ECU), a Detroit DDEC 10 with an ECU Micro processor. This allows the engine’s performance to be adapted to the specific operating conditions of the truck. Unlike universal solutions, we analyze the current parameters of the 15.6-liter engine and, based on this data, adjust the fuel maps and operating algorithms. For the Wetern tar, where key priorities are fuel efficiency and durability, particular attention is paid to optimizing fuel consumption without compromising engine life. ECU reprogramming enables more efficient fuel combustion, reducing stress on the piston group and other components.
If required, the AdBlue, DPF, and EGR systems can be disabled, which is relevant for operation in challenging conditions and helps avoid costly repairs. The chip tuning process includes reading the factory settings from the ECU, detailed analysis of these settings, and making modifications using specialized software. We aim to achieve an optimal balance between power output of 354 kW, torque of 2510 Nm, and engine reliability. After reprogramming, testing and adaptation of the system to the new parameters are performed.
AutoChip.lv guarantees the stable operation of the Wetern tar erie 2010 5700 XE engine after chip tuning.
