ECU Chiptuning Performance Results
Estimated power and torque gains after Stage 1 ECU remapping
Torque Nm
Estimated Stage 1 gains are calculated from stock values using an approximate 20% increase. Actual performance improvements may vary depending on vehicle condition, fuel quality, hardware configuration and operating environment.
Yamaha MT-09 chip tuning is a precise adjustment of the electronic control unit (ECU) for the Yamaha MT-09 (2DRC) motorcycle. The MT-09 engine, with a power output of 85 kW, has the potential for improved performance characteristics, and ECU remapping allows this potential to be realized. We analyze engine operation, taking into account its design features and the rider’s requirements.
The process involves modifying the software of the ECU Deno 2DR-8591A-XX with an H7058 processor, to achieve an optimal balance between power, torque, and responsiveness. Chip tuning enables smoother and more predictable engine behavior, improves throttle response, and makes motorcycle control more enjoyable.
We aim to increase torque – up to 88 Nm – for confident acceleration in all conditions. ECU remapping is not simply about increasing power, but also about optimizing engine operation to improve its reliability and lifespan. AutoChip.lv guarantees that changes to the software will be made considering all technical parameters and features of the Yamaha MT-09.
The result is more efficient engine operation and an improved riding experience. Yamaha MT-09 chip tuning.
