Suzuki GSR 600
ECU Chiptuning Performance Results
Estimated power and torque gains after Stage 1 ECU remapping
Torque Nm
Estimated Stage 1 gains are calculated from stock values using an approximate 20% increase. Actual performance improvements may vary depending on vehicle condition, fuel quality, hardware configuration and operating environment.
Chip tuning for the Suzuki GR 600 involves recalibrating the engine’s electronic control unit (ECU) to enhance the motorcycle’s performance and responsiveness. Standard ECU settings on motorcycles, particularly those used for spirited riding, are often conservative, limiting the engine’s full potential. We analyze the operation of the Deno ECU, model 32920-44Gxx, with a Micro processor, to identify and eliminate these limitations.
The chip tuning process modifies the ECU’s software, enabling more precise control over fuel delivery, ignition timing, and other engine operating parameters. This results in improved throttle response and smoother, more predictable acceleration. It is important to note that the ECU reprogramming is performed considering the characteristics of the 72 kW engine with 65 Nm of torque, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
We aim to optimize engine performance without compromising its longevity. Recalibrating the ECU allows for an optimal balance between power and fuel efficiency, and also eliminates potential errors and restrictions affecting performance. AutoChip.lv guarantees that all software modifications will be implemented in accordance with all technical requirements and standards, ensuring the durability and reliability of your Suzuki GR 600.
