Deutz Agrotron MK3 80 - 3.2L chip tuning is a precise adjustment of the Heinzmann EMR2 engine control unit (ECU) with an ECU Micro processor, designed for the Deutz Agrotron MK3 tractor manufactured since 2001. Operation in agricultural machinery places increased demands on reliability and traction, particularly under load. Reprogramming the ECU allows the 3.2-liter, 55 kW engine with 296 Nm of torque to be adapted to specific operating conditions, increasing efficiency and service life.
We analyze current engine parameters, taking into account its operating characteristics and the tasks the machinery performs. The process involves adjusting fuel maps, ignition timing, and other parameters that affect performance. A key objective is to ensure stable engine operation under heavy conditions, as well as the possibility of disabling EGR and DPF systems to improve efficiency and reduce load.
