ECU Chiptuning Performance Results
Estimated power and torque gains after Stage 1 ECU remapping
Torque Nm
Estimated Stage 1 gains are calculated from stock values using an approximate 20% increase. Actual performance improvements may vary depending on vehicle condition, fuel quality, hardware configuration and operating environment.
Claas Tractor Axion 840 is a powerful and reliable tractor designed for operation in the most demanding conditions. Its 6.7-liter inline six-cylinder engine provides high traction and performance, but even proven technology can benefit from skillful tuning. Agricultural work places specific demands on the tractor engine: constant loads, dust, and temperature fluctuations. We analyze data from the engine control unit (ECU) Boch MD1CE101, equipped with a TC299 processor, to achieve optimal performance of the Axion 840. Reprogramming the ECU allows adaptation of engine parameters to specific operating conditions, improves fuel efficiency, and increases torque up to 1071 Nm. Particular attention is paid to engine stability and longevity. We do not strive for maximum power at any cost, but focus on increasing traction within the working RPM range, which is especially important when performing heavy field work. If necessary, EGR and DPF systems can be disabled to improve reliability and reduce engine load. Claas Tractor Axion 840 is an investment in productivity. Improved engine response and ECU optimization with AutoChip.lv allow you to achieve maximum performance from your equipment.
