Chip tuning for the MACK Granite GU-erie 455 12.8L is a precise recalibration of the engine control unit (ECU) for the 2012 MACK Granite GU-erie truck. We work with the TRW EM2.2 ECU, which is equipped with an MPC5554 processor. During the ECU reflash process, fuel maps and engine operating algorithms are adapted to achieve more efficient operation of the 12.8-liter, 340 kW engine.
Particular attention is paid to optimizing fuel consumption and increasing engine life, which is critically important for heavy-duty trucks operating in demanding conditions. If required, the AdBlue, EGR, and DPF systems can be disabled, reducing operating costs and avoiding problems associated with their malfunction.
