Modern tractors, such as JCB models, are subjected to significant stress, and the standard ECU settings are not always optimal for delivering maximum traction and service life. The process of reprogramming the Boch DCU17CV51 ECU with a TC1724 processor allows us to adapt the engine’s operating algorithms to specific application requirements.
We analyze data received from sensors and adjust parameters such as fuel injection timing, ignition advance, and other critical values. This results in improved engine responsiveness, increased torque up to 516 Nm with a power output of 81 kW, and consequently, enhanced performance. For the JCB kid teer Loader 320T, disabling the EGR and DPF systems is available, which reduces engine load and extends its service life, particularly in dusty environments.
