Estimated power and torque gains after Stage 1 ECU remapping
Torque Nm
Estimated Stage 1 gains are calculated from stock values using an approximate 20% increase. Actual performance improvements may vary depending on vehicle condition, fuel quality, hardware configuration and operating environment.
Fendt 300 Vario chip tuning is a precise adjustment of the engine control unit (ECU) for the Fendt 300 Vario 313 tractor with a 4.0L I4 engine. Operation under heavy-duty conditions places increased demands on the reliability and traction characteristics of the equipment. Reprogramming the Bosch EDC7UC31 ECU, equipped with an ECU Micro processor, allows for optimal engine performance under load, improved responsiveness, and an increase in useful torque to 590 Nm.
The process includes analyzing current engine operating parameters, adjusting fuel maps, ignition timing, and other important settings. This allows the engine’s operation to be adapted to specific operating conditions and the type of tasks performed. If necessary, EGR and DPF systems can be deactivated, which is particularly relevant for equipment operating in dusty environments.
At AutoChip.lv, we understand that engine durability is a key factor for agricultural machinery. Therefore, our work is focused not only on increasing performance but also on ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the Fendt 300 Vario (2012) tractor throughout its service life. Chip tuning eliminates factory ECU limitations, optimizes engine performance, and increases its efficiency.
