Xcmg NXG 12.0L WP12

Xcmg NXG 12.0L WP12 chip tuning involves recalibrating the engine control unit (ECU) – a Boch EDC17CV44 unit with a TC1767 processor – for the 2018 Xcmg NXG truck. During ECU work, we adapt the engine management algorithms to achieve more efficient operation of the 12.0L WP12 engine, developing 276 kW of power and 1500 Nm of torque. For heavy-duty vehicles operating in demanding conditions, engine durability and fuel economy are key priorities. ECU remapping allows for the optimization of combustion processes, reduces engine stress, and consequently extends maintenance intervals.

Deactivation of the AdBlue, DPF, and EGR systems is also possible, which is particularly relevant for operation in dusty environments or with low-quality fuel.
